IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must include all original parts and packaging in perfect condition, just as received.
- The products should only show signs of normal handling and must not have been damaged due to improper use.
- Hygiene-related products must be carefully cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product must be identified as defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
- The return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, it will be officially recognized within that period.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Make sure to include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- A photo of the product showing the damage (if applicable)
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s address
We will contact you and provide the return address. Do not send the package directly to the sender’s address; we will give you the correct address after your request. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The consumer has the right to cancel their order under the following conditions, provided they are a private individual not acting for commercial purposes:

Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) received the last products in your order.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot stop the shipping process once it has started, and cancellation is only possible upon receipt of the product.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must clearly notify us of your decision to cancel the contract. The cancellation will take effect once we have received the returned products. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Ongoing Shipments
Since products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the products are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait to receive the products and return them after their arrival. However, you may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To ensure a fast return process, we ask that you send us a confirmation of the return shipment.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments received, except shipping costs (including any additional charges for selecting a shipping method other than the most economical standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving the cancellation notice and returned products.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for the refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE, COVERING THE SHIPPING COSTS TO OUR MAIN HEADQUARTERS IN ASIA.
